Woman Attacked Twice By Assault Suspect

On Nov. 20, Senior Deputy First Class E. Trossbach took a report for a domestic assault. Investigation revealed Sean Patrick Kearney Jr., 21 of Leonardtown, was in a verbal argument with the victim. The argument escalated into a physical assault. Kearney pushed the victim against the wall by the neck and punched her. On Nov. 21, Sean Patrick Kearney Jr., argued and assaulted the victim by punching her a second time. The victim contacted the Sheriff’s Office and Sean Patrick Kearney Jr. was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree assault. |
