Chimney Fire Interrupts Tribute

A chimney fire call interrupted a tribute to Bay District and Hollywood firefighters on Friday, Nov. 21, hosted by Mark and Laurie-Lee Mueller at the Blue Wind Gourmet in California. The Mueller's lost their home to a chimney fire on Oct. 30. The call came in at approximately 8:06 p.m. for a fire at 45853 Emerald Ln. in California. Units from Bay District, Hollywood and Calvert County responded to the fire. Units were able to control the fire and cleared the scene by about 9 p.m. More information to follow as it is made available by authorities. |
