Charles County Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule

The offices of Charles County Government and the Tri-County Animal Shelter in Hughesville, will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28.             The Charles County Landfill, Recycling Center, and Composting Facility on Billingsley Road East in Waldorf and the Pisgah Recycling Center, off Route 425 in Pisgah, will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27, for the Thanksgiving holiday.             The every-other-week curbside recycling collection and weekly yard waste collection services schedule will be as follows: Thursday B will be served on Friday, Nov.  28 and Friday B will be served on Saturday, Nov. 29.
