BCI Vice Narcotics Detectives assisted BCI Criminal Detectives and Detectives from the Calvert Investigative Team with the execution of search and seizure warrants. The warrants were for suspect George Wayne Armiger, 31 of Lexington Park, for his vehicle and his Lexington Park home.

More than $1,000 in marijuana and $1,000 in cocaine was recovered. The controlled dangerous substances were packaged in a manner that was consistent with being ready for sale. Packaging material and a digital scale was also recovered along with more than $2,500 in cash. Armiger has been selling drugs between St. Mary’s and Calvert County.

He was arrested and charged accordingly.

In addition, Armiger’s 2001 Honda Accord was seized and State’s Attorney Richard D. Fritz will be filing for forfeiture. Additional charges are pending a full State’s Attorney’s Office review.
