On Nov. 8, at 8 a.m., Gwan Ball, 19 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Tpr. M. Adams on an outstanding True Bill Indictment for first-degree burglary. 

Ball was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
