CHESAPEAKE BEACH - 11/11/2008

Dep. Robert Traas conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of 14th Street and State Route 261 in Chesapeake Beach on Nov. 7 at 2:57 p.m. The driver of the vehicle, later identified as Thomas Keith Ramberg, 40 of Chesapeake Beach, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, a red metal pipe. |
