Woman Scratches Assault Victim
MECHANICSVILLE - 11/5/2008

On Nov. 3, Deputy P. Bowen responded to Chaptico Road in Mechanicsville, for the report of a domestic assault. Investigation revealed the victim was dropping his child off at the residence on Chaptico Road, when he was approached by Jennifer Anita Milburn, 26 of Mechanicsville. Milburn began yelling at the victim and scratched the victim in the face. Jennifer Milburn was arrested and charged with second-degree assault. |
