On Oct. 29, Deputy First Class M. Worrey responded to the Harry Lundeberg School of Seamanship in Piney Point for a report of an unwanted guest.

Investigation revealed James Richard Reese, 55 of no fixed address, was served with written notice to leave the premises by the President of the school. Reese was still on the property when Dfc. Worrey arrived.  Dfc. Worrey told Reese to leave the property and he again refused to do so.

James Reese was arrested for trespassing.
