Woman Gets DUI, Drug Arrest

On Oct. 28, at 11:46 p.m., TFC E. Evans initiated a routine traffic stop on a gray Ford Fusion on Three Notch Road at By The Mill Road in California. Upon contact with the driver, Kelly Lynn Maloney, 23 of Great Mills, a CDS smoking device with marijuana was observed in plain view on the back seat. Additionally, while speaking with Maloney, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from her breath. During the course of the traffic stop, she was arrested for DUI and possession of CDS paraphernalia. Maloney was given a criminal citation for possession of the CDS paraphernalia. She was transported to the Leonardtown Barrack for processing for the DUI. |
