Multiple Fire Units from Leonardtown, Hollywood, and Bay District responded to a working barn fire on the Thompson farm at 25102 Vista Road.

Firefighters battled the fully involved farm structure for quite a while before getting the fire under control. Water lines were laid out from the nearby Briscoe farm in order to supplement water supplies to fight the stubborn blaze.
