Man Bashes Victims Car Windows
MECHANICSVILLE - 10/31/2008

On Oct. 22, at 9:52 a.m., TFC R. Rezza responded to the 28000 block of Old Village Road in Mechanicsville for the reported malicious destruction of property over $500. Contact was made with the female complainant, 45 of Mechanicsville, who advised Kenneth Leroy Estep, 50 of Dunkirk, had broken out the right side windows of her Toyota Yaris. TFC Rezza responded to Estep’s residence in Dunkirk where he was placed under arrest. Estep was transported to the St. Mary’s County for an open warrant through St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was charged with malicious destruction of property over $500 and disorderly conduct. |
