Berry was operating a black Cadillac Escalade when he was stopped for exceeding the posted speed limit on Sotterley Road, in the area of Peaches Hide Away in Hollywood.

While speaking with Berry, a strong odor of burnt marijuana was detected.  During the course of the traffic stop, Berry was found to be in possession of a plastic bag of marijuana and a multicolored glass CDS smoking device.

Berry was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
