Male Jailed for Pot and Paraphernalia

On Oct. 21 at 6 p.m., Reggie Jerome Milton Berry, 32 of Hollywood, was arrested by Tpr. M. Adams for possession of marijuana and possession of CDS paraphernalia. Berry was operating a black Cadillac Escalade when he was stopped for exceeding the posted speed limit on Sotterley Road, in the area of Peaches Hide Away in Hollywood. While speaking with Berry, a strong odor of burnt marijuana was detected. During the course of the traffic stop, Berry was found to be in possession of a plastic bag of marijuana and a multicolored glass CDS smoking device. Berry was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review. |
