Father, Son Protective Order Violated

On Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 11:30 p.m., Brian Edward Simpson, 35 of California, was arrested by Tpr. M. Adams for violation of protective order. Tpr. Adams responded to a residence in Clements in an attempt to locate Simpson in regards to an outstanding warrant which was previously reported. An open protective order was in effect whereby, Simpson was not to have contact with his father. Simpson was in violation of the order and taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. |
