Walk to End Homelessness

The Charles County Homeless and Emergency Shelter Committee is hosting their Sixth Annual Walk to End Homelessness, in Charles County on Saturday, Nov. 22, at 9 a.m. at the La Plata Town Hall. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. The proceeds from this three-mile walk will benefit the Safe Nights program, a temporary homeless shelter that is provided during the most severe months of November through March, of which LifeStyles is the lead agency.
