The Southern Calvert Baptist Church in Lusby will be hosting Solomons' 8th Annual TUBACHRISTMAS concert on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 7:30 PM.
 
Local musicians from Southern Maryland look forward to this event every year and invite the public to come join them for this unique holiday celebration. The TUBACHRISTMAS performance is open to the public and free of charge. All low brass players in the local area are welcome to play in the group (details @ www.tubachristmas.com).

TUBACHRISTMAS performances feature traditional Christmas carols arranged for tuba and euphonium players. The euphonium, often called a baritone horn, looks like a tuba but is slightly smaller. Anyone who has ever heard a TUBACHRISTMAS concert will never forget the experience!
