Governor Hogan to memorialize victims of impaired driving

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - On December 1 at 11:00 a.m., Governor Larry Hogan will join Maryland State Police Superintendent, Colonel William Pallozzi and Maryland Department of Transportation Secretary, Pete K. Rahn with more than 100 family members and friends of impaired driving crash victims and highway safety advocates at the 14th Annual Maryland Remembers memorial service.

The memorial honors victims of impaired driving and raises awareness to prevent drunk and drugged driving, an act that kills more than 150 people on Maryland’s roads every year.

Following this event, at 4:00 p.m., Governor Hogan will join state and local law enforcement for a DUI Checkpoint Rally at the Annapolis Barrack.
