Born on November 4, 1965 in Leonardtown, MD, she was the daughter of Clifford Carlton Wood of Mechanicsville, MD and Marsha Ann Hast of Benedict, MD. She has been a resident in Berlin for 15 years. She graduated in 1983 from Chopticon High School. She was a homemaker
In addition to her parents, her husband, Jeffrey Lee Rodkey, children, Ashley Rose and Ariel Brooke Rodkey, all of Berlin, MD, siblings, Dana Michele Wood of Mechanicsville, MD and Gina Marie Wood Schmitz and husband, Jason Brian of Frederick, MD, Nephews, Keegan Nikolas Schmitz and Brendan Michael Schmitz survive Mrs. Rodkey. Her step-mother, Lydia Ann Wood, step-brother, Al Graves, Step-sister, Heather Mullins, and many other relatives and friends also survive her.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 8, 2002 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. in The Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, September 9, 2002 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 28297 Old Village Rd., Mechanicsville, MD. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens.
