On September 28, 2010 deputies responded to a residence on Great Mills Road in Great Mills, for a report of a trespasser.
Investigation revealed Jason Michael Reintzell, 33 of Lexington Park, was causing a disturbance and asked to leave the residence. Reintzell initially complied and left but returned a short time later. Reintzell was arrested and charged with trespassing.
As Deputy Gill was placing Reintzell in his patrol vehicle to transport him to the detention center for processing, Reintzell kicked the deputy.
Reintzell was additionally charged with second-degree assault.
