Shoe Drive - Creating a Wealth of Blessings
First Missionary Baptist Church, Lexington Park Maryland has a great opportunity to create a wealth of blessings for families in Africa and Haiti by encouraging family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to bring in gently worn shoes from home; you are recycling shoes for a worthy cause. What will this cost you, just a little closet maintenance, and who doesn't have a closet with shoes that we no longer wear, fit, or need? If they don't fit, are outdated, or gently worn - DONATE THEM (No 4 inch heels or higher; no women's boots or steel toe boots) We are collecting shoes for men, women, boys, girls and yes, toddlers. • All shoes with strings must be tied in pairs • All shoes without strings must be rubber banded together in pairs Contact Audrey 240-418-8230 Thank you for participating!!!
