INFORMATION SESSION ON HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM OF STUDIES SCHEDULED

            LEONARDTOWN, MD – St. Mary’s County Public Schools is hosting an information session on its High School Program of Studies.  This document identifies the high school graduation requirements and provides descriptions of all courses offered in the school system at the high school level. The public information session will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2006, 5:00-6:30 p.m., in the Board of Education Meeting Room, 23160 Moakley Street, Leonardtown, MD  20650.  Supervisors of instruction will be available to explain the proposed changes and to respond to questions. Parents/guardians and community members are encouraged to attend to provide input on the proposed changes to the High School Program of Studies.  The public can also submit feedback by mail to Dr. Charles E. Ridgell, Director of Secondary Instruction, Administration, and School Improvement, St. Mary’s County Public Schools, 23160 Moakley Street, Leonardtown, MD 20650.
