Fowler is a white male about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds and has numerous tattoos. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 301-932-2222 or Charles County Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS. Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to his arrest. All callers remain anonymous. The Maryland Sex Offender Registry categorizes Fowler as a sexually violent offender. |
