On October 8, and 9, St. Mary’s County BCI detectives arrested John Henry Mckee, 43 of Charlotte Hall and Aaron Paul Toye, 46 of Hughesville, for their involvement in an armed robbery which took place on September 24, at the Exxon / Dash In located at 30100 Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall.

They were charged with Armed Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Use of a Handgun in the Commission of a Felony, and Transporting a Handgun. 

Both men are currently being held at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
