At approximately 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 29 at 37701 Mt. Wolf Road in Charlotte Hall a black Ford Explorer and a red Chevrolet Blazer collided. The impact of the collision forced the Blazer onto its side, trapping a victim inside. |
