Man Attacked, Stabbed by Woman with Screwdriver

Mary Agnes Morgan and Kevin Watts fighting on a previous occasion

On June 30 at approximately 9 p.m., Sheriff’s deputies responded to Chancellor’s Run Apartments in Great Mills for the reported stabbing.
It was determined that during a dispute Mary Agnes Morgan, 39 years of age, stabbed Kevin Eugene Watts, 45 years of age, in the chest with a screwdriver.
Watts was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital and later transported to Washington Hospital Center for his injuries. Morgan was arrested and charged by BCI detectives with first and second-degree assault.
She was incarcerated at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
On a previous occasion the couple was witnessed fighting behind Roses in front of the Lexington Park Library and the Firehouse. During that dispute the couple was photographed. See the slide show below. Witnesses state that the couple has been seen fighting up and down Great Mills Road many times previous to the stabbing incident on June 30.
