Assault Victim Injures Arm After Being Thrown on Bed
LEXINGTON PARK - 6/23/2009
On June 21, deputies responded to Columbus Drive in Lexington Park, for a report of a domestic assault in progress.
Investigation revealed Brian Marcus Ceasar, 28 of Lexington Park, was engaged in a verbal disputed which escalated into a physical assault when Ceasar threw the victim onto a bed causing injury to the victim’s arm.
Ceasar was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
