On June 5 at 1:50 a.m., officers were patrolling the area of Longbow Court in Bryans Road when they observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.

As officers approached the car, they smelled marijuana. Officers found a partially smoked marijuana cigarette and crack cocaine on the driver. They also recovered a loaded handgun in the car.

A computer check revealed the driver, Khiry Julian Terry, 20 of Bryans Road, had an open warrant for violating probation.

Terry was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, and possession of a concealed deadly weapon.
