Teens Get Crafty with Drugs

After making contact with the occupants of a vehicle sitting on the roadside of Blue Jay Drive in Lusby on Feb. 19 at 7:51 p.m., DFC Aaron Locke detected the odor of suspected marijuana.  He subsequently arrested all four suspects. 

Nicholas C. Bohrer, 18 of Lusby, was cited on a criminal citation with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a hose clamp, used to process/grind controlled dangerous substances, to wit, Percocet.  Patrick Allen Nelson, 18 of Prince Frederick, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a hose clamp and a Gatorade bottle with the bottom cut off, a bag attached and a metal socket inserted into the cap, used for smoking CDS, to wit, marijuana. 

James Wesley Hughes, Jr., 20 of Colton’s Point, was charged with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a metal hose clamp, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, Percocet.  A sixteen-year-old male of Lusby was charged on a youth report with possession of drug paraphernalia, five small zip-loc baggies, and released to a parent.
