MECHANICSVILLE - 2/3/2009
|
On Jan. 31, Deputy Vezzosi observed a 1991 red Ford Ranger at the WaWa gas station in Mechanicsville. A random check of the vehicle’s license plate and owner’s license status revealed the owner/operator, Gregory Desales Rosier, 45 of King George, Va., had an outstanding warrant in Harford, Maryland, for failure to appear on a weapons violation. Deputy Vezzosi contacted Rosier, who was seated in his vehicle, notified him of the open warrant and arrested him. Search incident to Rosier’s arrest revealed a small clear plastic bag containing four white round tablets in the center console ash tray. The pills were stamped Watson 933 which is Oxycodone/Percoset. In addition to the arrest warrant Rosier was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. |
