On Nov. 11, at 4:35 p.m., Trooper Donaldson responded to a residence on Deloris Court in Chesapeake Beach for a reported theft. 

Sometime between Nov. 17 and Nov. 18, someone entered the victim’s vehicle and stole a radar detector and boxes of cigarettes.  The front registration plate was also stolen.
