Sex Offender Starts at Shiska Bob Shack

In a continuing effort to keep the citizens of St. Mary’s County informed, Sheriff Timothy Cameron makes the following notification:
Michael Ray Anthony Sr., a 42-year-old registered sex offender, has been granted court ordered work release from the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
Anthony was convicted on Jan 23, 2003, for a third-degee sex offense. He is currently incarcerated for violation of probation on the third-degree sex offense and a new charge of failure to register as a sex offender.
Work release was authorized in both cases by Judge John F. Slade III and Judge Karen H. Abrams.
Anthony is employed by Shannon’s Shiska Bob Shack on Elegant Court in Lexington Park. Anthony begins work release on Nov. 18.
